95bdt Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the entire document unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 95bdt website at https://95bdt.io and any associated mobile-optimised interface, application, or service operated under the 95bdt brand.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 95bdt Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform following successful registration and verification.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-spin value, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a Player under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before associated winnings qualify for withdrawal.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all Platform transactions are denominated.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity listed under Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions.
• "We" / "Us" / "95bdt" means the operator of the Platform and all associated services described herein.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on the 95bdt Platform, by clicking any "I Agree" checkbox during registration, or by placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 95bdt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 95bdt with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the 95bdt Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 95bdt enforces a minimum age of 21 in line with its commitment to responsible gaming in the Bangladesh market.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by 95bdt for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not classified as a self-excluded player under the 95bdt Responsible Gaming programme.

95bdt reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage, including at the time of a withdrawal request, during a bonus claim, or where account activity triggers a verification review. Acceptable documents include a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladesh authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in the Account being suspended pending verification.

In cases where a player is found to be under the age of 21, 95bdt will immediately close the Account, void all bets placed, and return deposited funds (net of any withdrawals already made) to the source payment method. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus activity will not be returned.

04 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one Account on the 95bdt Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify 95bdt promptly of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team. 95bdt is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of inaccurate information provided during registration.

• Usernames must not impersonate any other person or entity, contain offensive language, or infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Passwords must be kept strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party.
• 95bdt reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

Players are required to register and transact using their own verified payment methods. Deposits from payment methods registered to a third party will be declined, and any such funds received will be returned to the source after deduction of any applicable transaction fees.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 95bdt are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets. 95bdt does not currently accept deposits via international credit cards, cryptocurrency, or bank wire transfer.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures. Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 95bdt does not charge any fee for standard deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are processed within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day. Rocket and Upay withdrawals may take up to 2 hours. Before processing any withdrawal, 95bdt may require the Player to complete identity verification if it has not been completed previously.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the Account. 95bdt does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• 95bdt reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal request where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering that meets the stated Wagering Requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where the Account balance includes unsettled bets. In such cases, the request will be queued and processed once all relevant bets are settled.

95bdt is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers. In the event of a payment provider outage, 95bdt will process all outstanding withdrawal requests within 24 hours of service resumption.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 95bdt offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, maximum bonus amounts, and Wagering Requirements.

General bonus rules that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balance. Real-money funds are wagered first. Bonus Funds begin wagering only once the real-money balance reaches zero.
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met the Wagering Requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the Account without notice.
• Maximum bet sizes while wagering with active Bonus Funds are ৳500 per spin or ৳1,000 per sports bet, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds in excess of ৳50,000 may be subject to a maximum cashable cap as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states that it is a recurring offer.
• 95bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that active bonus balances already credited will continue to be honoured under the original terms.

Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to hedging bets to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine risk, opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, or exploiting promotional terms contrary to their spirit — will have their bonus balance removed and may have their Account closed.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 95bdt Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to the relevant product. In addition, the following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. 95bdt is not responsible for bets placed in error by the Player.
• 95bdt reserves the right to void any bet where a software or pricing error has resulted in odds or payouts being displayed incorrectly.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of 95bdt is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure described on the Platform.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per Player as detailed in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.
• 95bdt reserves the right to limit stakes or impose maximum bet sizes on any Player's Account where betting patterns suggest abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of pricing errors.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are suspended periodically during events. Any bet submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and the stake returned to the Player's balance.

For casino and RNG games, the outcome of each round is determined by a certified random number generator. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published by the respective game studio and is available in the game information panel. 95bdt does not alter or override game RTP settings.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 95bdt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in a report being made to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point of contact with 95bdt.
• Accessing another player's Account without authorisation, regardless of whether that access results in any financial loss.
• Deliberately exploiting known software bugs or platform errors to generate winnings that would not have been generated under normal operating conditions.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party where that party does not hold their own verified 95bdt Account.
• Using chargeback mechanisms via a payment provider to reclaim deposited funds after those funds have been wagered on the Platform.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

95bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its absolute discretion. The following circumstances, among others, may give rise to Account action:

• Suspected or confirmed violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 180 days or more. An inactive Account may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of ৳200 after this period, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity associated with the Account.
• A Player's voluntary request to close or self-exclude their Account under the Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Player, 95bdt is not obligated to return any balance held in that Account. Where an Account is closed at the Player's request or due to circumstances unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, the Player may not create a new Account during the exclusion period.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

95bdt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The full Privacy Policy is available at 95bdt.io/privacy-policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account operation is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and where consent has been given, promotional communications. 95bdt does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and verification service providers solely for the purpose of fulfilling Platform obligations.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by 95bdt, subject to any overriding legal obligation to retain that data (for example, anti-money-laundering record-keeping requirements). Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

11 Responsible Gaming

95bdt is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available within every Player's account settings panel and can also be activated by contacting support at [email protected].

95bdt strictly enforces its 21+ age policy and does not knowingly permit access to the Platform by anyone under the minimum age. 12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 95bdt's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

95bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.

• 95bdt is not liable for any loss arising from delays, errors, or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• 95bdt is not liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• 95bdt is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports statistics, scores, or event results displayed on the Platform for informational purposes.
• 95bdt is not liable for any interruption to Platform services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet outages, natural disasters, or government action.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes 95bdt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

95bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantially affects a Player's rights or obligations — 95bdt will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notice displayed on the Platform homepage or via direct communication to the registered email address or mobile number on the Player's Account.

Non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by changes in applicable law, may take effect immediately upon publication. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

If you disagree with any amendment, you may close your Account at any time before the amendment takes effect by contacting support at [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or their use of the 95bdt Platform shall first be referred to the 95bdt customer support team for informal resolution before any formal proceedings are initiated.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised with customer support, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. 95bdt will cooperate fully with any arbitration process conducted in good faith by the Player.

Nothing in this section prevents a Player from exercising any statutory rights available to them under the laws of Bangladesh that cannot be waived or excluded by private agreement.
